Cancellation Policy

if you are unable to make your routine scheduled appointment we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows the opportunity to reschedule your appointment and to work with patients without a current appointment.

• There is a full fee charge for cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before the appointment.

• A ‘No-Show’ is defined as a patient’s failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
